"I was amazed when I received an email shortly after placing the order, thanking me and it was obvious it was personally written. So nice in an
age of automation! The order I placed arrived quickly and in a very sturdy box with adequate interior wrapping. However, it was incorrect. I
contacted Action Wipes regarding the error and immediately received an apology along with the promise to ship out the correct order (after being
told to keep what I did receive, on the house) overnight UPS at no extra charge. Just as promised, I received the correct order, a handwritten note
of apology, and the very next day! I couldn't be happier. Well done from every angle. I hope as this business grows larger, that same personal
touch can be retained -- it made a big difference, it's something that I will remember for a very long time. Thank you!"
